Faithful Navigator and Brother Sir Knights,

I would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that the last Exemplification that I will be hosting as your Master
will be held on March 6, 2010 in Southgate. It will be held at Crystal Gardens. Below are important facts you should keep in
mind concerning the upcoming Exemplification:

- Thee will be a Fish Fry offered at All Saint's Council/Pope John Paul II Assembly on March 5th. The hall is located at 24900 Brest Road, Taylor, MI and is not far from the host hotel.
- Please remember that all Candidates must conform to the dress code, including a straight ribbed lay down collar shirt.
- The host hotel is the Ramada Inn at 20777 Eureka Road in Taylor.
- We will be attending Mass at St. Cyprian behind Crystal Gardens at the end of the day (Saturday).
- There will be no charge for the Ladies Program during the Exemplification, however, we would like to know the number of ladies attending to ensure we have enough seats set up.

To be eligible for the Red, White and Blue Award, an Assembly must meet their membership quota. To be eligible for the Diamond Star Award, an Assembly must bring in 20 new members during the fraternal year.

The Biennial Meeting will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2010 at the Richmond Assembly located at 8216 Grand Trunk in Richarmond starting at noon. The Faithful Navigator is an automatic delegate. Each Assembly is allowed to send another delegate per each 100 members of their Assembly. This should be done by election at your February meeting. You must publish this in your January or February newsletter. You should also vote on alternates if any of the Delegates cannot attend.
